Happy New Year!
Ahh, it's finally 2009! 2008 was full of wonderful memories, but a new year means a fresh start, and I've already started this through a new layout change.
So tell me, what do you guys think? I know the colours are a bit bland, but I like this style and miiight be using it more often. You can see more of this style in my newly-added Twilight layout, which comes along with a Twilight icon. In addition to that, I've added my last site layout entitled Winter to my collection of homepage layouts. By the way, my count has reached 50!
In addition to those three new items, I've done a bit of cleaning up. The Presents page has been deleted. It was really long and hard to keep track of because people delete their presents from their Photobucket accounts so often and I hate broken links. My entire site has been CSS and HTML validated, including the CSS of the layouts. The only thing left to do is validate the HTML of all of the layouts. I'll do that sometime this week.
More about this layout. It's based off a song called "Not A Love Song" by Uh Huh Her. I heard the song and watched the video while I was shopping at American Eagle (don't judge me) and I fell in love with it. I've been desperately trying to find a music code so I can put the song on here, but radioblogclub doesn't have it and every other music player is too big and does not use proper HTML. Did you guys know that embed tags are now outdated? That means YouTube gives out improper codes.
Okay, so how were your holidays? Christmas was awesome for me. I spent it with my family and my uncle came back home from wherever he's been the last two years! Yay! I received a lot of lovely gifts, most of which was money, and most of which has been spent. New Years was fantastic as well. For any fellow Canadians, I was down at Nathan Phillips Square and I was very close to the stage. I'm going to wrap this up now seeing as it's 4 AM. Tutorials and Site Reads will be coming up shortly. So wait for those.
P.S. January 2nd was me and my boyfriend's two month anniversary. Woo!
